INTERNAL ERROR MESSAGES
I get an "Internal server error HTTP 500"?
Sometimes this might be a wrong key stroke or the server is running slowly.
Right click your mouse on the light teal colored space on the left hand of the
screen and select "Refresh". This will reload the page and in most cases
you will receive the page as requested. If the first step above refreshing your
page does not work, then it might be a compatibility issue with your operating
system, added software on your computer and the browser. Microsoft Vista is usually
one of the problems.
Listed below are steps to remove this problem:
1. First try to update the version of your browser:
Internet Explorer
FireFox
Chrome
Safari
2. If step 1 does not solve the 500 Internal Error, then try installing another
browser. For instance, If you use Internet Explorer, install Firefox as an additional
browser. After you have installed it on your computer, use that to access this
web site. That should resolve the problem.
