The Code Course is based on the changes as reflected in the
2008 NECŪ
and meets the requirements of the North Carolina State Board
of
Examiners of Electrical Contractors. This course is not sponsored
by the
Board.
CECA offers the following 4 ways to take the Code Course
Continuing
Education Tests to fulfill the necessary hours for license
renewal. Those
in the electrical industry interested in taking the Code Course
Continuing
Education Tests, please select from the following:
1. Online
Testing - register, purchase and take your
test(s) here in our
on-line area. Get immediate response on your grade and print
your
Completion Card off the web-site. This is the quickest
way to complete
your Continuing Education Credits and you save 10% off of
each Test
price!
2. Pay
and Print - register, purchase in our web-site
area and receive in
"My Account Area" your test(s) in Adobe PDF format.
Print the test(s)

from your computer and mail the completed test(s) back to CECA to
be graded.
3.
Pay - Register and Receive by US Postal Service Your Test(s)
- register and purchase your test(s) here in our web-site area.
CECA will mail you the test(s) by US Postal Service and then when
you complete your test(s), you mail the test(s) back to CECA to
be graded.
4. Print
Test(s) Request and Mail Payment & Test Request to CECA
- By selecting this link, you can print from your computer a request
form for your test(s) which are in Adobe PDF format. Include your
payment in the envelope. CECA will mail you the requested test(s).
After you've completed the test(s) you will mail them back to CECA
for grading.
